• Door Frame: Made of 1.5 mm galvanized steel plate, integrally bent and welded, with powder-coated finish for durability. The frame surface is seamless and smooth after forming. The vertical frame is equipped with an embedded, removable sealing strip, ensuring reliable airtightness and convenient cleaning/maintenance. Standard wall depths (50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm) meet cleanroom requirements by minimizing internal corners and steps.

• Door Leaf: Constructed with a buckle-structure assembly to ensure flatness, strength, and aesthetics. The bottom of the door leaf incorporates a retractable spring-loaded sealing system with a compression sealing strip, which automatically lowers during closing to enhance airtight performance.

• Vision Panel: Double-layer tempered glass, flush-mounted with the door surface, providing a smooth, modern appearance that is easy to clean and maintain.

• Optional Airtight Design: Gas-tight cleanroom door systems with supply-air sealing options can be provided upon request.

• Hardware: High-quality hardware with antibacterial electrostatic coating, reducing bacterial growth in medical and cleanroom environments.
